I received my backpack yesterday evening. I was very disappointed with my order. It looks nothing like the model advertised on Amazon. First, the Tzowla label was not stitched to the bag like pictures on amazon. It had a cheap heat transferred label. Second, it is very cheaply constructed. Third, it seems to be used. The password lock is set to an unknown combination. Can’t open. The bottom pen sized reset button on the bottom seems to have been previously picked with a sharp object. The USB jack seems to have been previously used. Long story short, this backpack was a complete disappointment. This was my first Tzowla brand purchase. I believed the reviews. I’ll be more careful with future Amazon purchases. I am currently processing a reimbursement thru Amazon.
