So I am a healthy 27 year old (with no heart problems!!) who just wanted to do a detox. After taking this Colon cleanse for a week (following the directions) I started to get chest pains, tightness, coughing, back pain, etc. I stopped taking them. Then after 4 days of these symptoms I went into the doctors who told me to go straight to the ER. Then come to find out I have PVCs/AN EXTRA HEART BEAT. They told me that Senna (the main ingredient in this cleanse) can decrease your potassium and magnesium levels which can cause an IRREGULAR HEART BEAT! I now have had PVCs for over a week, gone to doctors twice and the ER for 7 hours. And now to top it off I have to go to a Cardiologist to have more tests done to make sure this hasn't damaged my heart. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS!!
