I originally bought this for my mom and she used it 3-4 days while visiting me from out of state. I kept the box and stored it after she left. She mainly used it indoors with the exception of one doctor's appointment. I injured my back so we got it back out of its box. I've been stuck inside for over a month with the except of doctor's appointments in which case i just used my cane. So we decided to get outside and go for a walk around the block with me in the chair. We got no further than my next door neighbors lawn when the right wheel actually FELL OFF THE RIM!!!! We've used this thing a total of maybe a week! Even though it's been stored for about 5 months! So it's too late to ask for one that's not defective! I'm so disappointed and angry. That's quite a bit of money for a week's worth of use! Defective product unreturnable.
