Wonderful at first! I was floored at how well this stuff worked; I mounted many things and nothing gave even in the slightest. I was going to order more as I had used it all...but now that the tape has been up for a couple months, I'm glad I didn't order more. I woke up a couple of days ago to find that one of the mirrors I'd hung with it had slipped from its spot, and others had become VERY loose. These mirrors are small, decorative round mirrors used for mirror murals, so this tape should have been able to handle them with no problem. In addition, I used this to put up a toilet paper roll in the bathroom, and that is now loose as well. I feel like these high ratings were given after using for only a short period of time - I myself would have given it a very high rating just a few days ago - and don't reflect the long term use of the product. I will be looking for something else.
