I want to love it, but it gives me different numbers every time for the same item. It seems to be off by about 3%, and that can be 3% high or 3% low. on a level surface with no vibrations, i can put a pot on and off and on and off and get different numbers every time. so this is useless to me. i make soap, and if my lye measured high and the oil measured low, then i would have unsafe soap!!!
