My girlfriend got us a set of bond touchs last time she visited. For about 3 months we buzzed each other with them all the time. It was a great way to feel close and interact in a kind of physical way while being far apart. It had its issues, like the app always has to be open for them to work and the BlueTooth range isn't fantastic, but overall I brought us a lot of happiness. After 3 months of consistent, but normal use, I went to send a buzz and realized the faceplate had fallen off. I didn't stress too much because I hadn't dropped it or damaged it, and I'd had it less than a year, so I figured they would just replace it, and I'd just have to wait for shipping. I was wrong. They told me the damage was too extensive to be covered by the warranty, even though the warranty doesn't mention the extent of the damage and told me I must have done something to break it. And that's it. No one else to talk to, no way to appeal the decision, just Brenda from Bond Touch telling me to take a long walk off a short pier. Long story short, good product, just be ready to buy a new one every few months.
