Purchased this cart for a school teacher because the frame is metal (durable) and not cheap plastic like other carts. The wheels feel like foam, but I don't know what material it's made of. Only time and daily usage will dictate if the wheels will last from being rolled on hot, Texas concrete and asphalt from the parking lot to the building. After using this product for less than 90 days by a school teacher, the bag is useless. I reduced my 5 star rating down to a 1. Now, I'm trying to see how I get the warranty details to have the bag replaced without paying more money. Last Update: I emailed the manufacturer, Dbest, and they responded telling me they only provide a 30 day warranty if you purchase the item directly from their own website. Dbest said I would have to contact Amazon about a Dbest product warranty. Even though the issue is regarding the workmanship by the manufacturer and not delivery. Sadly, the warranty and support section on the Amazon website does not provide any information about what the warranty is. The good news is that I spoke with Amazon on the phone and they offered me a refund or a replacement. I am satisfied with the solution Amazon has provided, but I will never purchase another Dbest product. The Dbest product is good for a few weeks, but if you're looking for quality, long lasting durable bag, do not get this item.
