I can't say this product made my skin worse, but it definitely didn't make it any better. It never dried my skin out so that's a plus. However I really didn't like the feeling it left after it was washed off. It was almost a sticky or tacky feeling. It foamed very nicely and smelled pleasant, but for a product that is supposed to clear acne, I would never purchase it again. I had much better luck with Retsiliney.
