Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was surprised to find several dents in the freezer cabinet, in spite of it being double boxed. So I'm assuming the dents were there when it was originally boxed, at the factory. I went to the product reviews for the freezer to look more closely at the reviews. In the section 'Read reviews that mention' I was surprised to see the search terms 'Dent' and 'Dents'. Clicking on 'Dent' and 'Dents' brought back 76 reviews, out of a total of 416, which is a 'dent percentage' of over 18%. I'm surprised that Amazon would continue to sell a product with such a high failure rate. Now I have a quandry - I plugged it in and it appears to be working OK. And I REALLY don't want to pack it up and send it back, but it seems to me that dents in the cabinet could be similar to a concussion - the hits to the outside could indicate damage to parts that I can't see...
