I purchased to use for my acupuncture facial treatments prior to Covid. Once Covid hit, I stopped offering facial acupuncture treatments and put this away thinking that it would be fine. It's been unused for 6-months, only used once or twice when I purchased it. It will now not turn on. It's been stored in a cool cabinet, wires protected. no liquid around. $300 down the drain. So disappointed. Customer service, if you're reading this, I'd like a replacement.
