The seller has not responded...I've reached out to the seller as this item is missing a part. The composter is otherwise great. The seller less so. A post card was included with the item requesting that we contact them with any issues. I reached out, and have heard nothing. Very disappointing. I'm hopeful for resolution without needing to return as the composter is otherwise solid and spins well. Directions were clear and easy to follow although part letter designations didn't match up between the parts list and the directions. The brake will not likely last long, but the tumbling bins themselves are functional and perform as intended so far.
