I ordered three of these seats and was very pleased until this morning. I have had the seats installed for 8 months and this morning one of the cracked. The one year warranty indicates that it should be returned to the place of purchase for a replacement. However, Amazon only accepts returns for 30 day. I am very disappointed. As an Amazon Prime member, I wish that I had a better way to communicate with Amazon to request a replacement.
