Phenoxyethanol is so high up in the ingredient list. I bought this specific shampoo because the photo shows ingredients without it. It didn’t say Fragrance (Essential Oil Blend) anymore. Phenoxyethanol causes central nervous system damage in exposed infants, and it’s human carcinogenic. Phenoxyethanol causes adverse effects on the brain and nervous systems. This chemical is okay-ish for adults but is advised not to use on infants... It sucks because other than a super toxic ingredient, I really loved this shampoo. She smelled like an angel baby.
