Purchased this ice maker in March 2018...worked sufficiently with the exception of making a whole block of ice most of the time instead of small squares as advertised. Started acting funny a couple weeks ago and then just quit working. We never used anything but bottle water in it and cleaned it regularly. Submitted a return request and never heard back from the seller.....beware of third party sellers on Amazon. States on the ad it's warranted for one year yet when you click to read warrantee info it states you have to ask directly to the seller....no other information anywhere on the ad about return policy or warrantee. When I told Amazon my credit card had already told me I could take care of refund through them they told me it "might" block my Amazon account if I handled that way. Sounds like I may be rethinking even having an amazon account. So much for paying extra for Prime....really no help there.
