Lots and lots of words. Nearly ZERO actionable ideas.
Imagine a book titled "Gardening - How to Grow Tasty and Nutritious Vegetables" that doesn't actually tell you anything about using a shovel to put seeds in dirt: About the author: How many copies the Authors previous books sold. Preface to the 5th Edition: Why this is the greatest book about growing vegetables that will ever be written.
