A Snoozer and Patently Obvious Gossip
I actually had high hopes that this would really be an "inside" look at Trump's presidency. First off, this book is a snoozer. You can't read more than a few pages without getting the urge to drift off to sleep. It also hits me like a cross between a bad Judge Judy episode and Jerry Springer. Instead of revealing, the overall tone sounds like it was written by a pissed off 13 year old whose mad at his/her parents. Add to this the disclaimers and it's nothing but gossip. The main reason I bought it was because Trump was making such a big deal over it. But instead of an "oh my gosh" around every corner, it's more like "yeah, right". Wolff either didn't do good research (which he pretty much disclaims) or he flat-out made some of it up. No smoking guns here, just recycled trash and innuendo. Save your money. There's better Trump bashing by just watching the news.
