I'm not sure what the deal is, but this is NOT 2 pounds of seed despite it saying so. Product page AND packaging says it is 2 pounds, but if you actually weigh the bag, it is only 1 pound of seed. I don't normally do this, but the bag was so small and felt so light that I weighed it on an accurate kitchen scale. Really surprising, maybe this is a huge manufacturing mistake on the printing of the package? I can only imagine how many people have been ripped off by not noticing. Combined with my last bag of grass seed barely growing even though I've been quarantined home to water them every day, I'm done with Scott's as a brand.
