The product is completely overpriced, and does not solve the smell issue. The marketing misrepresents the product as drastically reducing the smell, when it just deposits in into a drawer beneath which is not sealed in any way and continues to smell even more without the usual pan of litter to dry it out. When you mention this and ask them to improve their product, they say “it’s not for everyone”. Okay, so make it FOR everyone! Customer service is also a nightmare - they are understaffed and take days to respond.
