I used this Dewalt trimmer only 3 times and it worked great then started losing power it would regain power. The next time I used it it did the same thing except it started smoking and grinding to a stop. I let it cool down, tried it again and it ran very slow and made a grinding noise like there were metal balls inside the motor then it stopped working all together. Very dissapointing! I called Amazon and they don't support the factory warranty so I had to drive the trimmer 40 minutes across town to a Dewalt service center where they said I had to leave it and it would take 6 to 8 weeks to receive a check for my refund. This is terrible service and way too long to wait for a refund!!
