Be careful when ordering from Amazon. Mine was sold by Amazon LLC, and shipped by Amazon as well. Package arrived looking like it was used as a punching bag. Upon opening the box, the water case inside had been torn open. One of the caps looks like it was chewed on. Plastic is chipped bear the bottle top on a few bottles, which seems really hard to do. Many of the product wrappings are scratched and torn. I really don't know what happened here, but it's unacceptable.
