This book was a major disappointment for me. I bought a Foreman Grill, and was looking for a cookbook that has recipes just for the grill. I suppose part of the blame is mine, because I should have looked at the publication date (this book came out in 1996; the grill a few years later). This book makes no mention of his own Foreman Grill, and has a bit about what grill you should use. If you're looking for a cookbook specifically for the Foreman Grill; look elsewhere - this isn't it.
