I'm EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with this product & wish to return it! For the $130.00 I spent, I expected WAY better results...I've had my vacuum for a few weeks now & I'm more disappointed upon every use! You don't see this information while ordering, but you have to Charge the vacuum for 4 HOURS EVERY TIME in order to have a full charge! However, once the battery is "FULLY" charged...you ONLY get 20 MINUTES (Not even) of use time before it completely dies again (If you don't believe me just wait until your's comes, then read the instructions manual)!! So that means for every "20 minutes" of run time, you have to wait & re-charge the battery for another 4 HOURS before you can continue using it again!! So my FULLY CHARGED BRAND NEW cordless vacuum has progressively decreased with the amount of "full battery use time"! I've timed it myself & the very 1st initial use I only got 18 minutes of run/use time before it completely died again & needed to recharge. Now for only the handful of times that I've used mine, the amount of use time decreases each time from the last use. As of present day I'm lucky if I get 13 minutes of run time before it dies, yet I still have to charge it for a complete 4 HOURS before I can continue using it! I hope & pray I will get my money back upon returning.
