I may have noticed a small difference but it seems the biggest things this has done for me is AGITATE MY MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES! I’m a 25 year old single mom w/ major depression, ADHD & Anxiety & it seems on days I take this pill, my anxiety and depression are not only triggered but extremely intensified. I pray ppl with similar issues find this review before purchase. My anxiety spell last wayyyy longer and I get a variety of symptoms & as for how it affects my depression ... it feels like all the hormones associated with my depression are intense and therefore makes me more moody or saddened just increased negative feelings .. long story short BEWARE!
