Ordered this based on good reviews to get the cobwebs off my screened-in patio/pool area. My wife took it out of the box today, grabbed a couple cobwebs off the screen, and the brush broke right off. Yeah, pushing up against a vinyl screen...almost no pressure at all. It's not like she was banging it on concrete or something. The actual threaded portion of the pole is cheap brittle plastic and snapped right off, with the other side getting stuck in the brush. Now both the pole and brush are useless. Makes me laugh even more at the "regular price" of this item. I'd say if it can't survive one very light duty cleaning job, it's probably not worth even $5, let alone over $100! Comically so, it ships in a box that looks more appropriate for an 80" flat screen TV! Too bad I immediately broke the box down and recycled it. Wonder if Amazon will send me another TV box for returning this thing. Do yourself a favor, don't be lazy like me. Go to your local home improvement store, buy a good-quality aluminum or fiberglass telescopic pole (usually in the painting section) and a brush with a matching thread. Surprisingly it's not that expensive. I should have done that, but I was lazy and decided to have it delivered to my home. If they sold this in stores, people would break them by accident just getting to the checkout line.
