Seller is offering gift cards for 5-star reviews, so read them with grain of salt
The 5-pin connectors arrived defective/misaligned so we had to wait for new ones to be sent. The seller was responsive to our issue, though it took 10 days to get the treadmill working. It's small, but so far, so good on its performance. However three weeks after receiving the treadmill we got an offer from Redliro Customer Service of a gift card and eligibility for a prize "up to $5000" if we left a five-star review, plus additional money if we left video or pictures. The letter said: "Please do not mention anything related to this offer when you are writing the review..."
