I brought this back in November 2016 and its stopped heating up. Contacted Amazon and they wont let me return it as the return window closed. Supposed to get an email from black and Decker "seller". I'll update my post if they rectify. $100 toaster should last. Also, we used it lightly. Heating up leftovers and toasting. Supposed to be for baking too. Seems too fragile if its already broken. Well, see.
