DANGER DANGER. Think twice about using 3rd world Chase Bank Amazon credit card. I have an 800 FICO and applied for the card. Received it easily with a $9000.00 limit. I used it primarily for Amazon purchases as we just bought a house and purchased many items to remodel it. My first payment was $8000 which I paid in FULL. The funds were taken from my bank account and Chase received them. However, they would not credit my account after receiving the funds. I called INDIA and after numerous transfers spoke in broken English to a specialist. She informed me they received my payment, but because it was a large payment being transfered from my bank, they had to wait extra days to make sure the funds cleared. That statement made no sense. So, 7 days have elapsed since my payment, 5 days since they got the money and still no payment applied to my credit limit. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! #Amazonprimecreditcardsucks...read these negative reviews! You're better than this! Team up with a bank that has a grasp of credit processing...and bring your call center back to the USA!
