An exercise in frustration!
I'm a huge Amazon fan and have several dots, an echo and two echo shows now. However, this device is not ready for primetime. It's not intuitive, and the software is slow and annoying. Case in point, many people will use this on their night table, don't bother, it's way too bright. Want to turn the screen off? You'll spend 10 minutes trying to find exactly the right words to do it! In fact around 50 percent of the time this thing can't figure out the most basic commands.
