Power went out yesterday and unit caught on fire. Thankfully i was standing right there. Interestingly enough when I called CyberPower today and said I had a unit that caught on fire the guy didn't even pause and just asked me for my address to send a warranty replacement. He wasn't phased at all that one of their products caught on fire. I then asked him if this is a common occurrence and he replied, it happens sometimes, units fail. That is SHOCKING to me.
