Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I have been debating on leaving feedback about this mattress! We are on our 3rd one from Amazon & still so highly disappointed it's unbelievable! The sad part is I don't believe it's Zinus, I blame Amazon! They have sent us 3 different mattresses with packing dates from Zinus some as early as almost a year ago. If you read the info from Zinus they should be opened no later than a month, or 2 at the latest in order for them to decompress properly, which NONE of ours have! Also, Amazon doesn't tell you that their is a different level of firmness available in this mattress, unfortunately we must have gotten the firmest one they make! We ordered the 12" the 1st one didn't make it past 3/4", 2nd one 6/7" & the 3rd finally after a full 8 days made it to around 10/11" & is hard as rock with NO GIVE! We have no choice but to sleep on it, because we got rid of our old mattress when we were so excited to get the 1st one of these! Neither my husband or I have had a good night's sleep since this all started in Dec 2017. Amazon promised to follow up with us & keep going until it was made right, needless to say we haven't heard back from them! Now, we have no more $ to invest in another mattress! My advice, when it comes to item's like this you're better off dealing directly w/the manufacturer so you know EXACTLY what you're getting! Don't get me wrong, we're Prime members & have been for 3-year's & will continue to be. We just made a bad choice believing Amazon would follow thru & make it right & we were sadly proven wrong by Amazon NOT the manufacturer! We WILL NOT make the same mistake again! Kris Smotherman
