The photos are before I used the product sent to me (my hair was healthy) and how it looks now (destroyed). I've used Olaplex several times and have always used it the exact same way with beautiful results. I'm convinced this was a knock off product that was sent to me. My hair is completely damaged, this predict acctually saved my hair in the past. After ordering from this site and using the 0 and 3 for 10 mins each, like I always do. My curls are destroyed and my hair is dry and like a brillo pad. I'm going to have to cut it all off. I'm consulting a lawyer and having the product tested to see what is in it compared to the bottle I got directly from olaplex. I'm highly upset about this and I'll be doing so I can go make sure this doesn't happen to someone else.
