This app appears to be a copy of an old version of "Bridge Constructor", but they may or may not be the same developer using 2 different names. I can't think of a legitimate reason to do that, sounds really fishy to me. My guess with the permissions and the other untrustworthy appearance of the app is that it's possibly a data miner. Them again maybe this appis 100% legitimate... I uninstalled.
