This is by far the worst instrument I've ever tried to play, but for $30 it looks and smells like a guitar...sure doesn't sound like one, though. Poorly assembled, gaps at the top of the fretboard, paint streaks where they shouldn't be, and the fretboard wasn't completely glued to the soundboard. I'll attach pictures. I bought it for an art project (I'll attach those pictures too). As a musician, of course I tuned it up and tried to play it. It tuned easily and stayed in tune after I tuned it a few times, but it did not sound very good when I played it, and this was before I used it as a project. Would never buy this for a child or an adult because anyone who tried to learn on this instrument would easily become discouraged and think that they were the reason for the horrible sounding music - but really it is the guitar. Those are my thoughts. I've been playing guitar for 10 years.
