Product is just okay. Does not display well on my 40" LED TV, and first unit came with either a bad HDMI cord or socket on the scanner. The scans were okay for an inexpensive built-in 14/22 MP camera/scanner. The lighted scanning area gets dirty quickly. All those issues can be over-looked if you are only doing a dozen or so slides. But I had over 2000 slides to scan. The carrier for the slides which is supposed to allow the user to insert a slide, push it with the next slide and so on, was horrid. Each slide, if it wasn't perfectly flat, would catch on the edge of the holder, making it necessary to remove the holder, remove the jammed slide and start over. After attempting to process about a dozen slides, I gave up and returned the scanner to Amazon. I received a second one which had a good HDMI socket and cord, but the issue with the slide carrier remains. For a Kodak product, I was expecting better. I have returned the second unit and am preparing to use an outside slide scanning service to archive my media.
