Bought this grill from Amazon. Replaced it once because it stop working correctly( low flame). Amazon arranged for a replacement. Same problem happened again. Called Amazon and surprisingly they refused to replace again. Was told to contact Smoke Hollow. I have attempted to reach them several times to no avail. So now I have a grill($85) which is no good to me,Amazon who is of no help( very surprised ,maybe Amazon is suffering from TOO BIG SYNDROME) .This product is no good and company is worse.
