Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I asked myself before the purchase: Well, even if some of the Buzz Lightyear reviews are bad, surely this company wouldn't continue to make and ship an inferior knock off. And surely Amazon would have stepped in and restricted this supplier in some way. Reality: I bought the product, it looked to be re-taped (opened) and it was wrap ties took forever to unravel. It was NOT an official DISNEY product, it is a knock off. It broke within the first 10 minutes of my son playing with it. Unreal. We aren't in the 1980s anymore, where you can make an inferior product and people will just sit back and take it. Please listen to these reviews, do not purchase this product. All the best...
