I purchased the Smokeless Indoor Grill directly from Gotham Steel and it's terrible. First the commercial states it's dishwasher safe, but it's not. Secondly it cooks the food evenly, but it doesn't. They state it's virtually no smoke, but there lots of smoke. These are just a few of the out right lies stated by the TV commercial. It is very hard to clean and cannot be submerged in water. The non-stick surface starts to stick after a few uses. I needed a spatula to free my eggs from the surface. They didn't slide as stated in the commercial. The grill sucks and I hate it. It's a complete waste of money and is no more than a over-priced electric griddle. I've tried contacting the company to arrange for a 100% return, but every time I call during working hours I get a message, "all circuits are busy" then the phone hangs up. I'll keep trying to get in touch with them. Beware! Do yourself a favor and avoid this product at all cost. I wish I had avoided the to good to be true pitch.
