After I received this order, I realized it was not exactly the color I was looking for. Definitely a darker shade than the photo represented. Although I contacted Brylane within 60 days of receiving my order, and only a few days after the order was actually placed, I was told by numerous people in their customer service chain that their 60 day return policy commences on the date you "order", not the date you "receive" the order. Considering that millions of people shop online these days, I have literally never had a company refuse to take back an order within a reasonable amount of time. This was an order of over $100, which makes it doubly annoying. And it was not a sale or clearance item. Their refusal to work with me on any level made it easy for me to decide that I will NEVER order anything from Brylane again. Hoping I can gift this to someone who will use it, or I may end up donating it to a women's shelter or some other charity. TERRIBLE - i.e. - nonexistent - Customer Service! I will never order from Brylane again!!!
