Soft and easily adjustable. Seems pretty good walking around the house but I haven’t traveled with it yet. My only complaint is that when I took off the cover to wash it the foam looked damaged right out of the packaging. EDIT: broke after two trips I used it with. Also it’s impossible taking off the cloth to wash it and zip it back up because the zipper is inside out. Second Edit: Over the past couple of weeks I have lost count of how many email addresses I've had to block because the seller keeps spamming me asking to take off my review and that they will issue me money AFTER I take it off. It would've been one thing if they messaged me through Amazon once or twice NOT email me multiple times per day from different email addresses.
