I ordered this two weeks ago, and when we set it up last week we found out there was a part missing. The part is needed to solidly connect the top of the tree with the middle, without it the top part wobbles around. I tried to contact Best Choice Products, but their phone number just tells you to send them an email. I sent them an email and asked them to call me, when they finally replied (by email) they had misunderstood my problem. I replied back immediately, explained my problem again, and asked them again to call me. They replied the next day asking for my order number, I replied with my order number, and asked them _again_ to call me. Since then I haven't heard back from them, I sent another email asking for a response, but haven't heard anything back.
