Big disappointment. Flash drive was working just fine on very short time, but then at one point started to hang up in the backup process. Contacting to Sandisk tech support is a torture: they are very polite and "understand" the inconvenience and then keep calling you asking for the proof of issue, then logs, then pictures again, then logs again until I gave up on getting help from them and asked to stop calling me anymore. I think their philosophy is pretend that they can help and make you forget to call them next time to avoid annoying questions . Great idea, but VERY BAD PRODUCT and SUPPORT. I am not recommending this product. It's just waste of time and money.
