This did not work for me at all. I was really hoping it would. Also, I should have realized it is not free to return. You have to pay for shipping. The construction I guess is ok, but for $60, I think the price is just too high. I cannot sleep on planes so I thought this might be the answer. But you have to pull the fabric really tight for it to be supportive. It bunches up on your neck so you feel like you are choking. It did not rest on my shoulder or neck correctly at all. I tried to watch videos and make sure I was wearing it correctly. At least I tried it. I’m glad it works for others. You never know unless you try. Just remember you can’t return for free. :)
