It continues to chirp like a dying smoke detector
If I could give this zero stars I would. None of the buttons consistently work. It continues to chirp like a dying smoke detector. When I called support, they said to hold down one of the buttons for 3 seconds. That did nothing. I tried turning it off with the power button. That does nothing. I have to unplug it. Occasionally it will stop chirping and then it starts again. I'm dealing with the smoke from the CA fires and now I have overpaid for a broken chirping air purifier. Thanks for nothing.
