The microphone housing end bit fell apart from the glue failing and they will not honor the warranty. Here is their customer service reply: ---------- Is the headset physically broken or is it not functioning properly? Physical damage is not covered under the warranty for any Kingston/Hyperx product. If the headset is not physically broken then it is still covered under the 2 year warranty and you may submit a warranty request when you click on the link below. Please note that you will need to provide a copy of your purchase receipt when you submit the warranty request.
