I liked the overall look of the product. It looked sturdy and I liked that it was a single bowl since our dog's food dish is in his crate and we only needed something elevated for his water. In addition to having it off the ground, I wanted something sturdy enough that our 11 month old would not be able to easily knock it over or take the bowl out and dump it. This did not fit the bill. It's so short she can sit and play in the water, take the bowl out, and knock the stand over and roll it around the kitchen. The bowl is also too small for our lab-I've been refilling it all day! The only one in the house that this is perfect for is our cat-it's just the right height for her to sit and drink comfortably from.
