The box was a little beat up but I didn't think much of it until I opened it to find the jar less than half full. Clearly this has been tampered with which freaks me out a bit. I have heard stories of products being switched but the thought of having someone's hands in my face moisturizer....gross! Not eligible for return so that sucks.
