I wanted to give this a shot before going in for a full system setup. Everything is correct,passwords match up and router but this stupid thing wont connect, the app you have to download for it is utter crap and the support page is a joke. It just hangs up on just trying to connect the passwords to the router. I saw another review having the same issue. really waste of money and time,even their app as pathetic rating. Returning this garbage. -Update 6-23-2019 Company has gone as far to remove my review on the app store twice,shows how bad this product is if they have to go that far to improve their rating.
