Purchased product June 10, 2017. Was using the vacuum today January 2, 2018. The power head is not working correctly. Called Shark for warranty coverage. I was told t vacuum is warrantied for one year but the power head is not covered by warranty. They offered to sell me a new power head for $49.00 (Plus shipping $14.99) which he said was half price. I only paid $150 for the while thing. I told him this was unacceptable. He finally agree to send me a new power head for the shipping. I guess better than nothing. Buyer beware!
