Until you receive the phone and look at box, you do not know there is a $35 activation fee. Very disappointed in Amazon for not including this information on their site. For seniors on a fixed income, this is an additional cost that was not planned on. I called GreatCall and complained about this matter and was told it was their policy and they couldn't do anything about it. Very disappointed in both Amazon and GreatCall, marketing a phone to seniors and then not divulging this important fact is very dishonest advertising.
