Cosmetically I like the design, however It showed up with dings and defects.. the straightener overall works okay but the plates will rip your hair. There are some definite flaws in the design. Poorly assembled, very cheaply made. Looking forward to my refund. When it comes to flat irons, I should have known better than to skimp on it! Follow up info: if you give an honest review that the seller dislikes because the truth about the trash they sell hurts their business, they will email you multiple times a day asking you to remove your post and then they will start offering you other unrelated miscellaneous garage to try and bribe you to remove the post, relentlessly harassing you!
